Bus Driver Job Summary:

  • Pay: £16.37 per hour (increased rate for weekends & bank holidays)
  • Full-time & Part-time vacancies available
  • Free Bus Pass for you + 1

Bus Driver Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate buses, ensuring they are kept clean and roadworthy.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure passengers\’ safety and comfort at all times.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet targets and resolve any operational issues.

Bus Driver Hours of Work:

  • Permanent, full-time contract (Minimum 37 hours per week, 5 days a week)
  • Shift work with flexibility required

Bus Driver Essential Criteria:

  • Full PCV Licence and up-to-date CPC
  • Minimum of 12 months UK Bus Driving experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends
  • Have no more than 6 points (NO DRs, CDs, or TT99s)
