C9 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced PCV Bus Drivers for full-time work for our client based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a growing service, with flexible shift options and consistent hours.

The Role:

  • 5 on, 3 off shift pattern – includes one paid “spare” day (minimum 5 hours if not driving)
  • Paid sign on to sign off
  • Average shift duration: 9–13 hours
  • Weekly hours: 39–48+
  • 24/7 operation with options for early, middle, late or night shifts
  • Onsite parking available

Pay Rates:

  • Umbrella - £20.58 per hour
  • PAYE - £15.50 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate services safely and punctually
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all passengers
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects
  • Keep vehicle clean and well-presented
  • Log hours and complete timesheets accurately

What You'll Need:

  • Valid UK PCV (Category D) licence
  • Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • At least 6 months Bus or Coach driving experience (2 years preferred)
  • Basic or Enhanced DBS
  • Minimum age: 20 years
  • No more than 6 points on licence (no DRs, DGs, or bans)
