Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll learn how to install, service and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems while developing your skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
  • Support major installation projects, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Carry out post-installation servicing and planned maintenance to ensure systems continue to meet performance and safety standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment while following company procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Deliver a professional, reliable service to our clients while representing C8 to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience or training in any engineering discipline or the motor trade is highly desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A proactive attitude to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
