Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll learn how to install, service and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems while developing your skills in a supportive environment. We provide all the training you'll need through a programme of progressive certified training courses, giving you the knowledge and qualifications to build a long-term career with C8.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
- Support major installation projects, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality results.
- Carry out post-installation servicing and planned maintenance to ensure systems continue to meet performance and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment while following company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Deliver a professional, reliable service to our clients while representing C8 to the highest standards.
- Previous experience or training in any engineering discipline or the motor trade is highly desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A proactive attitude to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
