C7 Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our established, residential design-focused studio. We specialise in delivering high-quality, bespoke homes across Surrey and the surrounding counties, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful, context-driven architecture.
This is a Project Lead role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of multiple live projects and guide them from concept through to completion.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing 6–7 live projects across all RIBA stages, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring each project is delivered with clarity, care and technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading design development
- Managing client relationships
- Coordinating consultants and wider project teams
- Overseeing project delivery from inception to completion
- Maintaining design integrity alongside technical rigour
We are looking for someone who is confident running projects independently and enjoys working within a collaborative studio environment. You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong design sensibility and detailing ability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Revit experience (preferred but not essential)
