Curzon Creative is a small, collaborative marketing consultancy working primarily within the lift and elevator industry and other B2B sectors. We help our clients grow through thoughtful strategy, brand development, and practical marketing support.

We\’re looking for a self-motivated, organised, and adaptable marketing professional to join us on a part-time contract to cover a maternity leave. The position starts in early December 2025 for a short handover, with full cover from January 2026 to March 2027.

Because we\’re a small team, the right fit matters just as much as experience. We need someone who\’s proactive, comfortable working independently, and confident managing varied projects without heavy supervision.

What you\’ll do

• Develop and implement marketing communications plans.
• Write, edit, and distribute campaign content, press releases, and newsletters.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activity for clients.
• Support branding and messaging projects.
• Liaise directly with clients and suppliers to coordinate delivery.
• Track and report on campaign performance.

What we\’re looking for

• Solid experience in marketing, communications, or PR (agency or client-side).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing your own workload.
• Confident using CRM systems, email platforms, and digital tools.
• Available 2–3 days per week (we\’re flexible on which weekdays).

The ideal candidate will have…

• Experience in technical or B2B sectors.
• Familiarity with website CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).
• A natural curiosity for how things work and how to communicate them clearly.

Contract summary

Start date: December 2025 (handover), with full cover January 2026 – March 2027.

Hours: 2–3 days per week (flexible).

Location: Remote (Southampton/Portsmouth/Fareham area).

Contract type: Freelance / self-employed preferred.

Compensation: Competitive day rate, depending on experience.
