THE BUSINESS: C4S Search are partnering with a leading national organisation. They are seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead the implementation, design and optimisation of enterprise-wide network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, manage a skilled team of network professionals, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of business-critical systems supporting a complex, high-volume environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore network engineers, ensuring performance, collaboration, and technical growth.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and security of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to ensure network reliability and compliance.
- Drive automation and efficiency through tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and scripting, improving operational consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align network strategy with business transformation and digital initiatives.
