THE DATA ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
- Take ownership of data quality, structure, and consistency across multiple products and sources
- Build processes and tooling to monitor, measure, and report on data integrity
- Develop and improve data pipelines and flows into SQL Server to support reporting, dashboards, and future AI services
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify data needs, gaps, and opportunities for new insights
- Support the development of infrastructure that enables advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases
- Understanding of GDPR responsibilities when handling customer data
- Genuine enthusiasm for data quality, structure, and analytical problem‑solving
- Strong communicator able to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
