The Product Technical Lead Opportunity
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and handsâon development of a complex, userâfacing software product.
- Build and deliver highâquality Python backend features, driving them from concept to production.
- Work with product and design teams to translate product goals into technical plans and ensure great user experience.
- Guide and mentor developers, running Agile ceremonies and upholding engineering best practices.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, performance, and delivery speed.
Your Key Skills
- Strong software engineering background with advanced Python skills (FastAPI or similar) and solid SQL/database expertise.
- Experience delivering endâtoâend software products and designing scalable, cloudâbased systems with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Agile teams.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and a productâfocused mindset.
- Desirable experience includes frontend technologies (TypeScript/React) plus exposure to cybersecurity, dataâdriven products, or SaaS platforms.
