THE LIGHTING INSTALL SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITY:
- Oversee installation of solar street lighting projects.
- Manage subcontractors and internal installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and HSE guidance.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Install and commission solar panels and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Provide support and feedback to the Head of Operations.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain project timelines.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage on-site activities in line with industry best practices.
