Due to continued investment in sales and go‑to‑market operations, they are now seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new logo growth and embed a high‑performance new business function.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
- Drive aggressive new logo acquisition within SME target segments across London and the South-East.
- Build and manage a high‑velocity pipeline through structured prospecting, qualification, and disciplined sales cadence.
- Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close, working closely with Marketing and Customer Success.
- Leverage AI‑powered sales tools, automation, and personal networks to identify, nurture, and convert opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to produce customer-ready proposals, scoping documents, and commercial materials.
YOUR KEY SKILLS
- Proven success selling Managed IT Services within an MSP (BDM, SDR, or Sales Executive level).
- Strong network across the MSP ecosystem and confidence in leveraging relationships from day one.
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
- Experience operating in long sales cycles (12–24 months).
- Solid understanding of SME technology challenges: cloud, M365, Copilot, cyber security, and digital workplace.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven sales tools and modern prospecting technologies.
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and process‑driven with a proactive hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to tell compelling stories and shape strategic opportunities.
