Their Purpose – An established and rapidly growing commercial solar solutions provider, focused on achieving significant growth targets by delivering high quality, tailored solar energy solutions across the UK. Location &, flexibility – Hybrid – 1-2 days a week in Lancashire Office Salary & Benefits – Up to £60k + 5k car allowance, 25 days holiday = 8 bank holidays, Medical insurance. About the Job: As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the existing Business Development Manager to drive a 30% business growth in 2025 with the goal of expanding their commercial footprint in the renewable energy sector. You’ll play an instrumental part in achieving multimillion annual turnover, managing a mix of leads generated by the Managing Director and those self-source through networks and industry connections. You will be responsible for leading the tendering process for the commercial solar projects from initial proposal to close, ensuring all project requirements are met.
