Why we’re hiring: We’ve grown rapidly over the last year, and have no intention of slowing down. We are constantly launching new ways to improve our brand and what we offer the region — whether that’s new member benefits, projects for some of the world’s largest companies, the biggest tech events we’ve ever staged, or building an Academy to teach local kids about tech and entrepreneurship.

What you’ll be doing: Supporting our Community Engagement Manager by greeting guests, prepping our 5 meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring visitors are taken to the right rooms, and making sure refreshments are topped up at lunch. Working with our Marketing & Communications Coordinator to create and record content in our energetic community. General admin support, answering phones, and helping with the admin that comes with rapid growth. We need someone who sees a gap and fills it. In a small team, we all pitch in.

Who you are: You’ll be chatting with everyone from startups to directors. You need to be professional, friendly, and confident. We’re open-minded about where you’re coming from — whether you’re getting ready to leave college, already working in an office, or even from a hospitality background. The main thing is that you know how to handle a rush with a smile.

The Essentials:

  • Apprenticeship: Level 3 Business Administrator.
  • Location: 100% office-based.
  • Pay: National Apprentice Minimum Wage.
  • Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday).
  • Pay: From £13,440.00 per year.
