Resource Manager to lead our resourcing activity, ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles to support our customers and business ambitions.
This is more than a recruitment role.
You’ll be a key member of our management community, influencing workforce strategy, supporting business growth, developing talent pipelines and helping to position C3IA as an employer of choice within the Defence and national security sectors.
Our target start date for the successful candidate is mid-September.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end resourcing activity across the business, working closely with senior leaders, account teams and the People Team to:
- Develop and deliver innovative recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Defence, public and private sector and commercial markets.
- Support strategic workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
- Provide market intelligence and workforce insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Lead candidate engagement and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Support bid and proposal activity by identifying and securing high-quality talent solutions.
- Build relationships with associates, partners and suppliers to create a flexible workforce capability.
- Champion our Armed Forces Covenant commitments and engage with the wider military community.
