C3 Midlands have an excellent reputation within the print industry and are looking for a motivated and determined Junior Customer Account Executive Apprentice. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, coordinating logistics, processing purchase orders, managing stock and producing accurate reports.

From small print runs to large-scale projects, we provide a wide range of products and services, including digital signage, graphic installation, online procurement, and project management.

The successful candidate will assist the Finance and Sales Departments, reporting directly to a Line Manager and ultimately to our Customer Services Director. Working on our bespoke Management Information System and also using various Microsoft based business packages, the successful candidate will accurately enter data, process documents, create and deliver purchase orders, record transactions and operations, arrange and report on our logistics, assist with stock and material audits and prepare reports.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Finance and Sales Departments and the business in general.
  • Perform tasks such as answering phones, document filing, data entry, emailing, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handle communications with clients and suppliers via phone, email and in-person.
  • Organise, purchase and generally manage delivery logistics following a daily briefing.
  • Prepare reports on request.
  • Create, file and send PDF copies of purchase Orders to suppliers by email.
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Receive, organise and process client stock orders.
  • Manage client stock orders; picking exact print related stock to accurately complete client orders and pack accordingly ready for despatch and conduct periodical stock checks/counts.
  • Organise and purchase our logistics requirement as instructed.
  • Undertake various other related duties as requested.

This apprenticeship could lead to full time employment in administration or the print Industry.
