With thousands of VC-backed tech companies already on the Arc platform today, we\’re proud to offer a friendlier and unrestricted path to cash management and growth capital.
We’re looking for a Growth Lead to join our team as we experience high growth. In this role, you will partner with teams across Arc to understand and extract insights across our business. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.
What You\’ll Accomplish Here:

-
Demand Generation: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns (email, content, and events) that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate growth.
-
User Acquisition: Develop and test acquisition strategies to increase marketing-sourced leads and trials. Own paid and organic channel performance (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
-
Content Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelancers to produce content that drives engagement, ranks in search, and supports the buyer journey.
-
Website & CRO: Own website performance as a marketing channel. Optimize for conversions through A/B testing, UX improvements, and landing page development.
-
Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are high-quality and supported with the right content, nurture programs, and enablement tools.
-
Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and analyze funnel performance across channels. Use data to refine campaign strategy and communicate results to stakeholders.
-
Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and optimize the use of tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
What You Bring:
-
2+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations (startup is a plus).

Substantial experience working with and supporting GTM teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
-
Proven track record of owning or heavily contributing to user acquisition programs, including paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
-
Strong command of demand generation best practices across multiple channels (paid, organic, events, etc.).
-
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
-
Highly analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance based on measurable outcomes.
-
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
-
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
-
Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
-
Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
-
Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
