About the Relationship Manager Role: Based in our London office, we're looking for a results-driven sales professional to create meaningful value across our client portfolio. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for driving commercial growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Success requires strong customer insight, proactive problem-solving, and seamless collaboration with internal partners to identify growth opportunities and maximize value within C2FO's dynamic business model. You'll join a high-performing team of consultants and financial industry experts, where you'll sharpen your analytical, influence, and commercial skills. High performers have clear paths to advancement into senior account leadership roles or opportunities across Product, Growth, Technology, or Sales. Essential Duties:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue growth and strong commercial performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while expanding engagement across key stakeholder groups.
- Customer Insights: Identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and C2FO by understanding customer needs and market trends, using keen data and analytical skills.
- Business Development: Identify and execute incremental revenue opportunities in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Enterprise & Inside Sales, Market Operations, Data Analytics, and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues effectively and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Curiosity & Agility: Demonstrates a strong desire to learn, adapt quickly, and understand client businesses.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and business insights using PowerPoint.

- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage advanced Excel, and AI tools to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and develop client-focused business cases.
- Financial Acumen: Working knowledge of financial concepts, including interpreting financial statements such as P&Ls and Balance Sheets.
- Initiative: Self-starter who proactively identifies and solves problems while knowing when to seek guidance on more complex situations.
- Organization: Effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in consulting, business development, banking, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to use Excel and AI tools to drive analytical insights and present recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in finance or management consulting.
- Experience working within a SaaS-based business model.
