About The Role: We are seeking an outbound early payment advisor to join our high‑performing team based in Bristol, serving suppliers across EMEA. You will focus on new business acquisition, client retention, and cross‑selling innovative products and features to millions of suppliers within the C2FO network. Our inside sales teams demonstrate organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently whilst using a consultative approach to present solutions, address concerns, highlight new features, and emphasise financial benefits. Essential Duties:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and client retention, address concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, or reactivation.
- Understand clients’ financial goals, challenges, and experiences in order to provide tailored and valuable solutions.
- Analyse client data to prioritise accounts based on growth potential and past engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial decision‑makers, both existing and prospective, and provide clients with insights on market trends, updates on offerings, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Thrive in a high call output sales environment with high daily activity.
- Use a call‑led approach to engage prospects, build initial relationships, and convert interest into ongoing opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other methods to initiate conversations, tailoring persuasive solutions to client needs, pain points, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, optimise services, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to proactively address client concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets in line with an incentive/commission plan.
This position primarily requires sitting, standing, typing, and viewing screens for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar inside sales role, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Resilient and target‑driven, thriving in a phone‑based sales environment.
- Passion for building relationships and uncovering opportunities through direct client conversations.
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development within a high call output sales environment.
- Experience in identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling B2B finance solutions such as commercial loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and invoice factoring.
- European languages preferable.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
