About Us: Here at c2c we take pride in being an award-winning train operator running services between Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness, serving 26 stations in East London and South Essex. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst.

Responsible for providing IT support to the business and assisting the infrastructure technical engineers in the day-to-day management of server and desktop systems. Must look to continually improve on targets by regularly reviewing software, hardware and processes to fit the needs of the business. Ensure compliance with legal and licensing obligations where applicable.

This role will be based out of the organisation’s Central London HQ with occasional travel required along the route when requested.

  • Experience of working in a desktop support environment with a track record of providing excellent customer service when resolving incidents and requests is required.
  • Experience of VMWare and virtualisation and working with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • SCCM and InTune experience.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation desirable.
