Here at c2c we take pride in being an award-winning train operator running services between Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness, serving 26 stations in East London and South Essex. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Works Delivery Coordinator. It is an exciting time to join c2c as we move into a new era of railway reform, aligning with Great British Railways (GBR) and the Department for Transport (DfT) to deliver a simpler, more connected and passenger-focused railway.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide a comprehensive administration service to support the delivery of Facilities Management.
  • Assist in all aspects of work that contributes to the smooth running of Facilities Management and to ensure adherence with policies and guidelines.
  • Work with the Facilities Manager to agree and coordinate work activities in line with the Asset Management System (AMS), Company policies, Railway Group Standards, and legislation.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with delivery of Reactive Maintenance, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Minor Emerging Works.
  • Create and manage strong working relationships with station staff, all teams across the business & 3rd party partners to provide the high-quality delivery of FM. This includes responding to queries and enquiries regarding FM matters.
  • Engage with contractors and the supply chain to ensure services are provided in line with agreed scopes, contractual obligations, pricing schedules and performance criteria including regular meetings, management of action logs and non-conformities.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery in line with SLA’s, KPI’s, other performance criteria and trend analysis (eg: Reactive Heat Map).
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with management of the Direct Labour team including management of maintenance engineers’ calendars, assignment of tasks, programming works, updating records (eg: training, H&S, RAMS), management of materials, tools, equipment, PPE and transport.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:

  • Previous relevant experience in the administration of facilities management (Reactive and Planned maintenance).
  • Experience using CAFM software.
  • Experience of managing contractors and suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication ability, over the phone, by e-mail and face-to-face.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work at pace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience preparing official documents.
  • Able to build relationships at all levels.
