We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an ACMS Administrator.
The role:
- Provide operational technical support for front-line staff and managers using the ECMS, distinct from IT hardware support.
- Training and Support : Develop briefing materials, conduct depot surgeries, and support ECMS champions with advanced knowledge and training.
- Process Improvement : Identify and convert depot processes to electronic formats, and work with IT to review and test software updates.
- Data Management : Provide managers with back-office data reports, manage the Document Distribution library, and ensure all colleague information is up-to-date.
- Liaison and Coordination : Liaise with the ECMS provider for bug reporting and support, and coordinate with Driver Management, Customer Experience, and Control for data gathering and competency.
- Administrative Duties : Manage all administrative procedures related to the ECMS database, including future module add-ons, and support the Operations Standards Manager with train driving license applications and periodic reports.
- Strategic Development : Collaborate with the IT Team and Operations Standards Manager to replace paper-based processes and develop the ECMS database into a strategic business system.
- Good Practice: Identify, introduce industry good practice, and attend and attend events hosted by the EMCS provider & wider industry workshops and forums.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge of the c2c Safety Management System preferred but not essential
- Working knowledge of current ECMS technology preferred but not essential
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills
- Experience of competence management systems desirable
