As Infrastructure Manager for all c2c stations under a 99‑year FRI lease, our Asset Management team (AMT) is responsible for the long‑term safety, functionality and resilience of an extensive portfolio of Building, Civils and MEPF assets. Purpose of the Role: This newly created role will provide the Asset team with general administrative support focusing on Asset team organisational activities, ISO 55001 audit support, document control, systems\' access and asset register maintenance. Manage correspondence, filing systems, and version control for Asset Management System (AMS) documents. Assist the AMT to adhere to its ISO 55001 AMS obligations, inputting document changes captured via the AMT\'s Continual Improvement Log. Assist in Document Control of SharePoint Site & CAFM system content; transferring records as required before, during & after project works hand back. Equally administer the collation of Civils condition & inspection, monitoring survey reports and 18‑year structural assessments. Offer support to the AICAM & CAFM Administrator in keeping the CAFM system asset register up to date, tracking progress via an associated action tracker. Work closely with AMT Project Managers to capture relevant asset register updates as part of hand back. Act as the AMT link between c2c\'s Asset Management & Safety Management Systems. Offer admin support to AMT colleagues in liaison with wider c2c colleagues (not limited to Customer Experience, Document Control, Finance and Project Management Office). To cover duties for the CAFM Administrator during absences. To undertake any other administrative duties as the Asset Team and wider business may require from time to time.

  • Good general IT skills including Microsoft suite of documents (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Experience of interfacing with CAFM system software beneficial.
  • Experience of managing contractors and suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication ability, in writing, over the phone, by e‑mail and face‑to‑face. Experience preparing official documents.
  • Good organisational & time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask & work at pace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in preparing official documents.
