About Us: Here at c2c we take pride in being an award-winning train operator running services between Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness, serving 26 stations in East London and South Essex. Our customers never stand still and neither do we. We anticipate, innovate and flex around our customer’s needs and it takes a great team to do this. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Brand and Marketing Manager on a 6 month FTC.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Manage marketing campaign planning and delivery to deliver customer satisfaction and drive c2c business growth.
  • Act as Brand Guardian for the c2c business, developing and deploying c2c’s branding and brand positioning.
  • Leverage marketing partnerships in support of marketing objectives.
  • Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of c2c’s marketing agencies and supply chain.
  • Lead and manage a Marketing Executive.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • A manager with extensive campaign and brand experience.
  • A credible and articulate individual able to cultivate contacts and establish and maintain external relationships.
  • Must be flexible, adaptive and energetic.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication, organisational and project management, and team building skills.
  • Numerate.
  • High standard of grammar and spelling.
  • A commercial thinker, able to identify and deliver opportunities to drive growth and positive return on investment.
  • People management experience and leadership skills.
