Are you an experienced commercial retail manager? If so, my client has a fantastic opportunity at their Hertford store. Operating within a fast-paced environment, you will work effectively and efficiently to maximise income from sales, gift aid, and other promotional activities plus drive donations from the local area. Delivering a great store offer and standards, inspiring your team to give amazing customer service, you will raise funds for and promote the work of the charity within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve / exceed all income and operational targets, using all resources and time available to maximum profit.
  • To actively promote Gift Aid in order to maximise contributions from donations, complying with all gift aid processes and procedures and use of the Gift Aid application.
  • To maximise profit from new goods through effective stock control, visual merchandising and sales opportunities.
  • To deliver an outstanding customer and donor experience that encourages customer loyalty and achieves repeat donations.
  • To manage the pricing of goods to achieve a high sell-through rate.
