Position Details

  • Full-time permanent role at our customer\'s distribution centre in Daventry
  • Pay rate: £23,887
  • Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid daily break
  • Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 18:00-02:00

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.

Your activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, many of which involve manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program
  • Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors
  • Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently
  • Maintain data integrity
  • Achieve productivity targets aligned with customer expectations
  • Review daily targets and adjust as needed
