Position Details
- Location: Carlisle, United Kingdom
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £25,389 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 22:00-06:00, 5 days out of 7, including a 30-minute unpaid break
- Work Environment: Chilled
Responsibilities
- Manage stock accuracy within the depot and ensure correct loading against drivers' paperwork
- Perform weekly supervision and provide performance feedback to team members
- Monitor audit data to maintain accuracy and KPI targets
- Ensure compliance with delivery requests and error minimisation
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be aged 18 or over
