Our charity partner is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead the South East Somerset Branch. This is a unique leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a well-established charity dedicated to improving animal welfare across the local community. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic leadership across every aspect of the Branch, ensuring it is financially sustainable, operationally effective and well positioned for future growth. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding leadership position where you will oversee all Branch operations, including retail, animal welfare services, finance, fundraising, property, governance, compliance and people management. Leading a team of experienced managers, you will create a positive, high-performing culture, develop new opportunities to grow income and ensure excellent standards of service across all Branch activities.
