We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.
The Role
We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team. Work will be carried out in various retail stores, travel will vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, working at a fast pace and maintaining high standards.
Duties include:
- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures when needed.
- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
- Transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor.
- Supporting store replenishment as needed.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). You can set your availability and accept shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone. You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard. Travel may be involved for local work; accommodation is provided when staying away from home.
Key Skills/Experience Required
- An eye for detail.
- Basic fitness for manual handling and lifting.
- Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
- Retail experience preferred but training provided.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
