Retail Shift Leader - Plymouth £13.73 p/hr

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Location: Plymouth

As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Shifts vary, requiring flexible availability, and may involve travel and overnight stays.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (up to 5 days per week with possible flexibility)

Hours: Evening/Night shifts

• Ensure procedures and processes are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Accurately complete stock counts within deadlines

Person Specification:

• Full Driving License
• Effective communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Willingness and ability to travel

Additional Notes:

Work involves prolonged standing, using step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or retail premises at ground and high levels. The role includes working unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts. Applicants must be 18 or older. Full training will be provided.
