The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.

The position is from 2nd Feb to 13th Feb 2026. Mock counts are arranged for the Friday before counts take place, with the first mock count on Friday 30th Jan at Middlesbrough. Attendance is required for all colleagues as inductions and AMT training will be given. This is a casual position based at our customer's distribution centre in Goole.

Rate of pay: £12.26 per hour

Shift Patterns: 7am - 3pm

Working Environment:

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate. Activities may include working across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, most of which require periods of manual handling.

Job activities include:

  • Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
  • Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
  • Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
  • Maintain integrity at all times.
  • Ensure expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Job specifics:

  • Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
  • The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Carry out stock auditing duties in a fixed site or sites which require shift cover (i.e. for holidays or long-term sickness etc.) as deemed appropriate by management.
  • Maintain and develop relationships and effective lines of communication between RAS, client, and client-appointed 3PL.
  • Administrative duties to include weekly time sheets, new starter training and sign off, pre-inspection sheets, filling and filing of audit paperwork and soft data entry, scheduling, holidays and uniform requests, any auditing associated task, and conducting audits.
  • Ensure that an efficient & robust service is provided in a consistent fashion at all times to the client, so client KPIs and ways of working are met.
  • Ensure all allocated shifts are worked and time and attendance expectations are met.
