Warehouse Operative - Full Time, Permanent Sittingbourne, Kent | £25,447.50 per annum Looking for a permanent warehouse job with a great team, regular hours and opportunities to progress? The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important part in making sure stock is checked accurately and ready to move through the supply chain. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Checking pallets, cages and deliveries for stock accuracy Carrying out physical stock counts and quality checks Checking incoming and outgoing goods against paperwork Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies Recording information accurately Working to daily targets and maintaining high standards Following warehouse health and safety procedures Please note: This position involves working in a freezer environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in. Ideally, you'll have: Previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, stock control or dispatch Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Confidence using basic computer systems, including Excel and Word The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills You must be aged 18 or over. Full training will be provided, so previous stock auditing experience isn't essential.
