We're looking for a proper hands-on Head Chef.

The Role As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading from the front during busy services while creating a positive, well-organised kitchen behind the scenes.
You'll be responsible for: Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team Maintaining consistently high food and presentation standards Being hands-on during busy services Stock control, ordering and managing kitchen costs Rotas and effective team planning Food safety, compliance and kitchen standards Helping develop the food offer as the business continues to grow What We're Looking For Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or strong Sous Chef ready to step up A genuine passion for great food Strong leadership skills without the ego Commercial kitchen experience Confident managing stock, ordering, rotas and costs Calm, organised and positive under pressure Dough and pizza experience would be a big advantage, although training can be provided What's On Offer 45-hour contract £34,000 per annum before tips Tips on top of your basic earnings Permanent, stable position Supportive independent owners and management team The chance to put your stamp on a growing kitchen Genuine opportunities to develop as the business grows This isn't a Head Chef role where you'll spend your life sitting in an office.
