The Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to every customer
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as a designated keyholder
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and store performance targets
  • Help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing retail role is essential
  • Previous keyholder experience is desirable
