The Role as a Duty Manager:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering commercial results
- Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Take ownership of the shop floor and ensure high standards at all times
- Manage performance, KPIs and daily operational priorities
- Oversee stock control, merchandising and compliance
- Act as the senior manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence
