About the role As Assistant Store Manager, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the shop and driving performance. Working closely with the Store Manager, you\’ll help to inspire and lead the team, maximise sales and donations, and ensure the store is an inviting and positive place for customers, donors, and volunteers.
