- Monitor performance, KPIs and customer activity to achieve and exceed targets
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual presentation, service and operations
- Oversee eCommerce transactions and international customer orders
- Support the brand's social media presence and digital customer engagement
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the brand and its products

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager who is confident operating within a premium or luxury environment.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a luxury, premium or high-end boutique
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering sales results
- Experience leading, motivating and developing a small retail team

- Confidence dealing with VIP and high-net-worth clients

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent luxury brand with an established international reputation, working from a prestigious Notting Hill boutique.
You will have genuine ownership of the boutique, the opportunity to make a commercial impact and the chance to build long‑term relationships with an exceptional client base.
