We're hiring a Warehouse Shift Leader to join a growing supply chain operation based in Sherburn-in-Elmet. This is a hands-on leadership role, working within a chilled environment to ensure high levels of accuracy and team performance.

What you'll be doing:

Leading a small warehouse team to meet daily KPIs

Auditing outbound deliveries to ensure all stock matches the required paperwork

Verifying incoming stock and highlighting any discrepancies

Monitoring error rates and maintaining accurate audit records

Ensuring health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld at all times
What we're looking for:

Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience, ideally in a team leader or auditing role

Comfortable working in a chilled environment and on your feet for long periods
