Overview
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance
Location: Central Belt
Access to wages: from 3 days after shift completion
Start: Immediate

Location note: You will be travelling to different client sites and may stay away from home overnight on occasion.
Working pattern:
- Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day shift pattern).
- Hours: Evening/Night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters and deliver end-to-end stock taking services on client sites.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed and exceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sites.
- Ensure stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
- Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.

Person Specification
- A Full Driving License
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Time management and ability to work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Please note: all work will require prolonged standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high-level stock. This role will involve working unsocial hours, including early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18.
