We have Team Manager opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects. You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions leading teams merchandising stock to an excellent standard.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday. You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client. Communicate with Management on progress and end of project sign off. Carry out health and safety inductions and checks. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts. You will be required to clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard. Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites/stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You will be required to carry out the following:
- Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems.
- Adjusting shelf heights.
- Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
- Stock replenishment.
- Travelling will be involved when local work is not available.
- Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to make decisions and prioritise.
- Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision or managing people.
- Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
- Problem solving and a ‘can do' attitude.
- Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required.
