Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, overseeing the end-to-end stock taking service at our client's sites. Flexibility is required as shifts vary and involve travel to different client sites daily. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

- Ensure procedures and processes are followed correctly
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Complete stock counts accurately and within designated timeframes
- Monitor and improve team productivity
Person Specification:
- A valid full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Effective time management and ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel
Please note that this role involves prolonged periods of standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, including working with ground and high-level stock. This role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Therefore, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
