£14.29 - £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 - £13.75 per hour + £1.54 - £1.66 holiday pay).

Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Merchandiser opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.

Responsibilities
  • Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores; travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
  • Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, working at a fast pace to meet client standards.
  • De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required.
  • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
  • Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
  • Supporting the store with replenishment as necessary.
  • Manage clock‑in and clock‑out using a smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  • Shifts are between 10‑12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Availability is managed through our Field Power platform.
  • Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills & Experience
  • An eye for detail.
  • General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in retail, though training will be provided.
  • Problem solving and a "can do" attitude.
  • Capacity to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required.
