Responsibilities- Work in a variety of retail stores, with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis – having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
- Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining a fast pace and high standards expected by our clients.
- De‑merchandise and re‑merchandise to planograms, including cleaning the fixture where required.
- Re‑profile the fixture where necessary to ensure products are shoppable for the customer.
- Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and support the store with replenishment as required.
- Shifts range between 10–12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
- Availability is accessed via the Field Power platform, and shifts can be accepted on a smartphone.
- Clock in and out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
- Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
- An eye for detail.
- General level of fitness – manual handling and lifting will be involved.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in retail, though training will be provided.
- Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
- Capacity to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
