The predicted salary is between 15.41 - 15.41 £ per hour.

£14.29 - £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 - £13.75 per hour + £1.54 - £1.66 holiday pay).

Responsibilities
  • Work in a variety of retail stores, with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis – having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
  • Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining a fast pace and high standards expected by our clients.
  • De‑merchandise and re‑merchandise to planograms, including cleaning the fixture where required.
  • Re‑profile the fixture where necessary to ensure products are shoppable for the customer.
  • Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and support the store with replenishment as required.
  • Shifts range between 10–12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
  • Availability is accessed via the Field Power platform, and shifts can be accepted on a smartphone.
  • Clock in and out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
  • Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills / Experience Required
  • An eye for detail.
  • General level of fitness – manual handling and lifting will be involved.
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in retail, though training will be provided.
  • Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Capacity to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
