Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + enhancements
Location: Irvine
Shift Details: 8-10 hour stock count shifts, paid driving time, bonus, and access to wages from 3 days after shift completion. Company minibus provided. Immediate start and holiday pay included.

The Role: Seeking a Retail Team Driver to join our successful team. Responsible for transporting a small team of stock counters to and from shifts within your region. Work involves visiting different retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift. Follow proper processes for notifying your team of pick-up points and timings. Report vehicle issues promptly. Complete attendance sheets detailing team members, attendance, and bus arrival times. Ensure quick and accurate stock counting on-site using handheld scanners. Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally use equipment to reach high stock is required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Working unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts; applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Full valid driving license required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
- Quick learner, adaptable to technological changes.
- Experience with handling stock is advantageous but not essential.
