Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Merchandiser opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a job where each day and week is different.
Responsibilities
- Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores; travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
- Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, working at a fast pace to meet client standards.
- De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required.
- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
- Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
- Supporting the store with replenishment as necessary.
- Manage clock‑in and clock‑out using a smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
- Shifts are between 10‑12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
- Availability is managed through our Field Power platform.
- Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills & Experience
- An eye for detail.
- General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting will be involved.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in retail, though training will be provided.
- Problem solving and a "can do" attitude.
- Capacity to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required.
