We have Team Manager opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects. You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions leading teams merchandising stock to an excellent standard.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.
- Communicate with management on progress and end of project sign‑off.
- Carry out health and safety inductions and checks.
- Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights).
- Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
- Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
- Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
- Remove and replace stock using client plans and systems.
- Adjust shelf heights.
- Move stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, using roll cages and pallet trucks.
- Stock replenishment.
- Travel may be required when local work is not available.
- Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision or managing people.
- Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
