Pay: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Immediate start, access to wages from 3 days, and holiday pay.

Location: Ealing

Overview: Engage in high‑profile projects for some of the UK’s leading grocery supermarkets. The role offers flexible working patterns within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management to achieve high standards at client stores.
  • Perform de‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, including fixture cleaning where required.
  • Reprofil the fixture to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
  • Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and support store replenishment as needed.
  • Use the Field Power platform and the RAS Dashboard to manage shift availability, clock‑in/out, and shift acceptance.
  • Work 10–12 hour shifts (mostly nights).
  • Travel may be required on a shift‑by‑shift basis, with own vehicle preferred.
  • Accommodation is available when required for out‑of‑area work.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Attention to detail and a general level of fitness for manual handling and lifting.
  • Hard‑working attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous retail experience is desirable, though training will be provided.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
