The Role

Retail stock counters are required to work on different retail customer sites and stores; travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge. You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. You must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time; equipment may be used on occasion to reach high stock. Typical working week will consist of 3–4 × 8–12 hour shifts.

Key Skills / Experience Required

  • You must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required, and be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required for large counts.
  • A quick learning ability is essential due to evolving technology.
  • Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
