This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service and getting stuck in.
The Role
- Leading, motivating and supporting the shop team
- Organising volunteer rotas and shop cover
- Driving sales and maximising funds raised

About You
We’re looking for someone with previous retail or customer-facing experience who is confident supervising and leading others. You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity. Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters is that you’re organised, reliable, great with people and happy to take responsibility.
