C2 Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy distribution centre operation in Daventry.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, stock control or auditing experience who's ready to take on more responsibility.
You'll lead a small team carrying out stock accuracy checks across inbound and outbound deliveries, making sure standards are maintained, targets are achieved and discrepancies are quickly identified.

The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll work alongside your team while taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the daily audit operation.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading daily stock audits across pallets, cages and trailer loads
- Checking inbound and outbound deliveries for accuracy
- Ensuring daily quality and productivity targets are achieved
- Monitoring audit information to identify errors and trends
- Coaching and supporting your team, including regular 1:1s
- Maintaining accurate audit records
- Helping improve processes and standards across the operation
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of management experience. We're looking for someone who knows their way around a warehouse and is ready to take the lead.
You'll need
- Previous warehouse, stock control, auditing, checking or dispatch experience
- Team leadership experience would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and basic numerical skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- A positive, reliable and hands-on approach
- You must be aged 18 or over
- Hours & Shifts
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
- Shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
- 30-minute unpaid break
- Ambient warehouse environment
