This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Bridgwater.
Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 10:00-18:00

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operative:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot. Activities vary, and you may be required to work across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, many of which involve manual handling.
Job activities:
- Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
- Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and fully investigate errors.
- Adhere to audit and error verification procedures at all times.
- Maintain integrity at all times.
- Achieve expected productivity levels in line with customer expectations.
- Review daily targets according to customer expectations.
