Mobile Warehouse Shift Leader – Sunderland – £25,701
Requirements:
- Full Driving License and own transport
The Position
- This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for driving around Sunderland to complete audits on deliveries.
- Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
- Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break
- Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 00:00-00:00
- Working Environment: Ambient
Responsibilities:
- Manage stock accuracy within the depot and verify incoming deliveries against drivers\’ paperwork.
- Perform audits to ensure delivery accuracy and stock integrity.
- Respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices effectively.
- Communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
- Meet team KPIs and conduct weekly supervision with team members.
- Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback on output and error rates.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting to access low and ground-level stock.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
